Shannon tolerated her chemo last night and this morning with no issues, no side effects. She has eaten well and went for a walk, several laps, around the unit this afternoon. Both Dr. Fakess and Dr. Abuasab stopped by this morning. No news and they were both glad to hear she’s tolerating everything well so far.

Our son Preston was living in Monterrey, Mexico for about 6 months. He’s been back in the U.S. for a couple of months, but will be returning to Monterrey in the coming weeks. He has a friend named Rai and his parents are pastors at a church in Monterrey, Mexico. His father sent Shannon a prayer, written and also an audio file version. The audio is in Spanish but the text version is in English below.

Good Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I approach you Lord, with faith in your infinite power, with faith in your mercy, believing in your great love, knowing that you are the great medic, the one who heals the bodies, the one who heals souls. Today, Father, I want to ask you for Shannon Reeves, I beg you my God, you stretch out your hand of power to her, to stretch out your healing hand on her, that you give her health, that you give her strength that you rebuke every disease from her body. I beg you in the name of Jesus Christ, that you remove every disease whatever it’s called, that you remove it from her body in the name of Jesus Christ, I beg you sir to free her from all pain, that you free her, lord of all anguish. That free her from all negative diagnosis in the name of Jesus Christ. Today we rebuke every disease and command it in the name of Jesus Christ to go out.

Today we cry out for Shannon Reeves, Today we intercede for her and declare the healing of heaven over her life. We urge you to fill her life with your love. With your peace, with your goodness and that you renew her spirit, that you bring upon her, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Thank you God, because I know that you are working your perfect will in her life, we beg your mercy and that we may soon testify that you have healed her in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
