Not a whole lot happened today. Both the attending physician and the oncologist stopped by. All of Shannon’s labs are in normal range. Her white blood cell counts is starting to drop but it’s still within normal range. No fevers. No signs of infection.

Shannon ate good today and has been tolerating the chemo drugs really well. She’s had a total of 4 different chemo drugs over the past 4 days and no major issues so far. The nurses said everyone is different, some patients have terrible side effects and some have little to none. Hopefully it continues like this for her.

Our daughter Jesslyn came and sat with her for a few hours while I ran some errands and saw a few patients for work.

In the next few hours Shannon will be finishing up this last bag of chemo and then she has a couple of days with no chemo. On the 18th, she will do another intrathecal chemo down in IR. (It’s 11:31 pm right now).

She’s already asleep for the night.
